Key responsibilities Line manage assigned ICSR staff and oversee their performance and development Create and maintain project-specific KPIs to enhance ICSR team efficiency and propose process improvements Involved in ICSR processing and quality control of cases, ensuring accuracy in trackers and timesheet data Required qualifications Life science degree or equivalent qualification in pharmacy, nursing, or a related healthcare field 5-6 years of experience in pharmacovigilance, including a minimum of 3 years in a line management role Fluent in English, both spoken and written Proficient in MS Office and possess strong technical skills Demonstrated ability in planning, organization, and delegation
